The paper jam has been cleared and the roller has been replaced. Please let x7000 know if there are any more problems.

These problems have also been corrected:

RefMach 16 (Problem: mouse not responding - Solution: cords for mouse and keyboard had been swapped)

RefMach 18 (Problem: slowness in typed text appearing on screen - Solution: reboot corrected the problem).
