Reference Printer Update
Don Speelman found a problem with the interface card (whatever that is!) and replaced it. They think it's the .pdf files that are causing the errors. He's going to think about it more at lunch, but he's leaning toward changing the default printer drive to the PCL driver on all these lab machines. That is a lot of labor for Rick Fawley, but it may be the answer. More soon!

Sometimes they hit print before the document has fully loaded, which might explain the half page. I think they should always use the printer icon from the window for pdf printing but I know with some web pages, you also need to make sure your cursor is in the window you're trying to print.
