Beware Chat Invitations

Hey All,

Just a warning...you want to be careful if anyone invites you to join a "chat" via IM. Meggan and I were at the desk and had to block someone who was apparently very excited to be chatting with us. It's real easy to block an inappropriate user by right clicking on their screen name and selecting "block".
