Ref Machines Seizing Up

I had a problem with Ref machines #3 & 4 seizing up. The student who reported it said she had the same problem yesterday. I had to reboot machine #3 and even then it took a really long time to reboot and load the home page. The slowness of these machines is unacceptable but I did not report this to x7000 because I got it to work. Should I have?
