Printer Up!

How strange. The printer is now working, despite Don having taken out two broken parts, and not knowing exactly where they came from.
The problem seems to be with the "duplex" mechanism, which I assume is the part that allows for two sided copies? Anyway, Don said that when pages with alot of ink - like Powerpoint slides with a colored background - go through this mechanism, the ink makes the page very stiff, and they can damage the printer. There were a bunch of pages in the recycle bin that were essentially black, with a light colored word in the middle. These were the culprits.
