Ref Printer is Down

I came in this morning to find accordions of paper jammed in the drum area of the ref printer. Once the accordions were pulled out, I noticed a piece of the drum (the final piece that fuses the toner to the paper) was lose and probably causing the jams. I have left a message with 7000 and hopefully they will get back to me before 11 am, otherwise I left my ext. just in case. Currently the printer is off, signs are in place directing any prints to the printers downstairs.
