Printer trouble already....

Apparently our dear friend the Printer is not back from break quite yet! While on the desk this afternoon, Heather and I have had to unjam the reference printer several times. The most common and reoccuring error is a jam in the "input accessory". We have placed a help desk request for this, but in the meantime, it seems to keep working as long as we don't put paper in Tray 4. So stay tuned....
