Printing Issues...Again

Hi Everyone,
I was experiencing printing problems while on the reference desk again tonight (Tuesday). It seems that the printer will not take paper from the bottom drawer to print with so we had to continually fill the other two drawers with paper, which was hard to keep up with tonight. I called x7000 and left a message so hopefully someone will be up to look at the printer in the morning (Wednesday). For now we just have to keep filling the other two drawers. I also had quite a few jams, so I don't know if the problems are related or if it was because people were printing slides using a lot of ink. Hopefully, we won't be minus a printer again. :( I'm keeping my fingers crossed that its an easy fix.
