Different Printer Problem

Hi Everyone,

The Reference Printer is producing printouts that are faded in the center of the page. There are also roller marks on a number of pages that have been printed in the last hour. I just sent an email to the HelpDesk and have also phoned. But, because it is the lunch hour - I have not heard back yet. The Digital Center student from the help desk downstairs did come up to look - but, he has not seen this problem before either. The printouts are readable; but, I have been recommending that students send any print jobs that need to be turned in for class to the Ground Floor printers.
