Evans Digital Update

Today I talked with the student who was having difficulty printing from Evans Digital. She said that she has found a way to get around the printing difficulty by printing the document as an image. So far this has been successful for her. Here's how to print as an image:

• In Evans digital, after selecting a document, select “Download Pages”.
• Either enter a range of pages, or tick the boxes next to the pages you wish to print.
• Hit the “Download” button.
• This pulls up a PDF of the document.
• Select the print button for the PDF. (Do not go to File/print. It is important to use the PDF print option.)
• At the bottom left there is a button that says “Advanced”. Click on this button.
• Near the bottom left it will say “print as image”. Tick this box and select “OK”.
  This should let you print multiple pages without errors.
