Evans Digital

I was wondering if anyone has had any difficulties printing from Evans Digital? Carolyn was helping a student in the lab, and it would only allow two pages to be printed before printing an error message. These are the steps we used:
1. Download pages
2. Selected several pages
3. Hit the "Download" button
4. Hit the print button in the PDF
This would only print two of the selected pages and then a page would print with an error message.

However, I was experimenting with it from the reference desk computer, and though I followed the same steps, I had no problem printing more than two pages at a time, and never got an error message.

Any thoughts?
