Printer jam, etc

The printer is jammed again - I cleared all the paper I could and still got the "input accessory jam" message. Turned it off for a few minutes and then restarted it - no miraculous recovery. Called IT.

In the meantime, redirect jobs to MUSSLIBGRNDFLR 9040-2. 9040-1 is giving me problems (also reported to IT) but 9040-2 seems to be working okay.

Until it is fixed, the person at the ref desk should (a) cancel jobs from our queue every so often, and (b) make a general announcement to students every so often, and help them redirect jobs as needed.
