printer woes

It's the printer. Again. I replaced the toner cartridge today and got a "cartridge failure" message. Than I got another cartridge and the same thing happened. I turned the printer off and on again to see if that would help. Then I had a paper jam. I cleared it in about 4 places and it still gave the "jam" message for the input accessory. I called IT and they will get to it as soon as they can, but Don is out sick today, Larry is unloading a shipment, and Stacy is in a meeting. So it won't be super quick, but they will be here as soon as they can. I turned the printer off and put on the sign, etc.

Redirect downstairs as usual.
