Printer Jam!

Hi everyone,

The printer is jamming up again. Right now it says there is a jam in the "duplexer". Liz and I pulled paper and have gone through the machine multiple times as well as turned the power off to try to reboot, but with no luck. I've call x7000 to report the problem.

Hopefully this isn't a sign of a new semester of new printer woes! :-)
