printer jam

The printer jammed about 4 times in a row near 11 am. I turned it off and called IT. Don is busy with setup for the trustees' meeting, so he may not be available. Ronalee will try turning it on again in about 30 minutes - perhaps it can recover after a brief rest.

In the meantime, help students redirect print jobs to the ground floor, and keep cancelling jobs in the queue for the main floor printer.
