Printer problems

There was a repeat of the 49.4C02 printer problem today. I shut off the printer a couple of times and it worked for the next print job. The problem was a pdf file (again). Don has asked us to send him a copy of any pdfs that cause this type of problem. The student who had the problem left before Don asked, so I didn't get to today.
