Printer jam, printer jam

The printer is jammed. I've tried unjamming it over and over, but it appears paper keeps getting stuck in the rollers. It's now making a fairly heinous grinding noise, so I've turned the poor thing off and called x7000 to report it. Since it's after hours, I left a message requesting assistance first thing in the morning.
