Ref Machines Update

Rick Fawley was here when I arrived at the desk so here's the latest on the Reference Lab machines. Rick has made some changes to machines 17 & 18 (the stand-up machines on the side of the Ref desk). If either of these machines lock up, you can reboot them but you should report the incident to the help desk. Be sure to tell them which machine it was. If any other machines lock up, you should reboot them but you need not report them.
